Industry Applications

Linq's technology drives innovation across Quantum Computing, Optical Sensing as well as many other high-performance and emerging applications.

Quantum Computing

We design our light modulators to improve the scalability and performance of quantum computers. Current modulators are bulky, fragile, and space-intensive; Linq’s solution increases computational capacity while reducing physical footprint. Our technology and patented architecture requires only a single laser to provide multiple individually controlled beams with >60 dB extinction ratio and excellent repeatability.

Light Manipulation

Our technology enables precise control over light at the chip scale, unlocking new capabilities in beam steering, signal routing, and optical switching. This has direct applications in telecommunications, LiDAR systems for autonomous vehicles, and advanced imaging platforms where dynamic, accurate light control is essential.

Optical Sensing

High-fidelity optical sensing benefits from our integrated photonics, delivering enhanced sensitivity and stability in compact form factors. From biomedical diagnostics and environmental monitoring to industrial process control, our solutions improve measurement accuracy and reduce system complexity.

Ultra-fast Spectral Shaping

We offer full control over light spectra with GHz switching speeds and high dynamic range for applications in quantum systems, spectroscopy, and scanning methods. This allows for tailored wavelength control and filtering critical to systems requiring high resolution and precise spectral engineering at unprecedented speed.

Use cases

We developed our product in collaboration with a European-based quantum computing manufacturer. Like others in the industry, they are continually striving to enhance the capabilities of their machines—making Linq Photonics a critical partner. Our modulators will enable them to achieve 10X their current qubit processing volume.
